How do I get started?
Sign up for a free trial. Tell us a bit about your organisation and workflow when you register, and we'll get you set up. We work with teams across a range of professional services — aged care, healthcare, and others.
What counts as a user?
One user = one account. Each person on your team who uses Hinterflow needs their own account. Users can be reassigned if someone leaves.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly is $129/user/month, charged each month. Annual is $109/user/month — charged as a single upfront payment of $1,308 per user, saving $240 per user compared to monthly. All prices exclude GST.
What forms does Hinterflow support?
Hinterflow comes with ready-made templates for common intake and assessment forms. You can also configure it to work with your own forms — if it has structured fields, Hinterflow can extract into it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — sign up and you'll get a free trial with full access. No credit card required.
Where is my data stored?
Everything — transcripts, extracted fields, account data — is stored in Australia on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Voice transcription and AI field extraction also run in Sydney. Your data does not leave Australia at any point — at rest, in transit, or during AI processing.
