Do I need to talk to anyone to get started?
No. Create your account, add your users, and start your first session. Everything is self-service.
What counts as a user?
One user = one account. Each person on your team who uses Hinterflow needs their own account. Users can be reassigned if someone leaves.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly is $129/user/month, charged each month. Annual is $99/user/month — charged as a single upfront payment of $1,188 per user, saving $360 per user compared to monthly.
What forms does Hinterflow support?
The My Aged Care Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) is our first supported form. You can also configure Hinterflow to work with your own forms — if it's a web form, the browser extension can fill it.

Where is my data stored?
Everything — transcripts, extracted fields, account data — is stored in Australia on AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Voice transcription also runs on infrastructure in ap-southeast-2. Your data does not leave Australia.
